Terms and Conditions

Misha Mar online shop operates under the abiding Bulgarian legislation for e-commerce and in accordance with standard EU-regulations.
In placing an order the customer declares that he/she has read the following online shop terms and conditions before ordering any products. The placing of an order implies full and complete acceptance by the customer of these general terms of sale, as well as the full legal capacity enabling him/her to commit to these general terms of sale. 

PRICES
The prices of our products are shown inclusive of vat, taxes and processing.
Shipping costs depending on the country of destination is included on orders within the EU and comes with standard surcharge of 45 € for global orders. Misha Mar reserves the right to amend its prices at any time but products shall be invoiced on the basis of the rates in force at the time when the order is recorded. All orders subject to availability.

ORDERS
Orders are placed online or by email on Misha Mar website.
Receipt of orders placed on the website and paid by PayPal will be acknowledged by email. It is the customer’s responsibility, however, to check the order confirmation and to alert Misha Mar immediately of any error. By email: send the purchase order to misha.mare@gmail.com and we will provide banking details for the transfer; the order will be processed upon receipt of payment and an invoice will be enclosed with the shipment.

VALIDATION
You declare that you have read and accepted these online shop terms and conditions before placing your order on our website, when you click on the “checkout” button after the order process, you declare that you accept all the elements thereof as well as these general terms of sale, fully and without reservation.

AVAILABILITY
Our product offerings and prices are valid while they are visible on the website, while stocks last. If a product is unavailable after you have placed your order, we will inform you of this as soon as possible by email. You will then be offered the choice of
either canceling your order and being refunded or being issued with a credit note for an identical amount towards your next purchase.

Reimbursements will be made exclusively by bank transfer and if the order comes from abroad, after deduction of the related bank charges.

DELIVERY
By post the products are delivered to the delivery address provided by the customer upon ordering. The delivery time includes time for preparation of the package and shipping time. Our usual carrier is Speedy.
The customer is required to check the condition of the packaging and the conformity of the delivered product in the event of damage or missing items, the customer must refuse the delivery from the carrier and inform Misha Mar of any necessary observation. Misha Mar may not be held responsible for consequences resulting from a delay in delivery. The customer is informed that :
The carrier is responsible of transportation from its office to the delivery destination in standard shipping mode; standard shipping should be used at your own risks for some destinations.

PAYMENT
By Pay Pal or by bank transfer.

RETURNS
Right of withdrawal
in accordance with the Bulgarian law, the customer has a time limit of 14 working days to return, at their own expense, products with which they are not satisfied. This time limit runs from the day of delivery of the order. Only those products sent back complete, in their original intact packaging, and in perfect resale condition will be accepted for return. Any product that is damaged or the original packaging of which is damaged will be neither reimbursed nor exchanged. This right of withdrawal is exercised without penalty, the customer only pays the shipping and return costs, the customer may request either reimbursement of the sums paid, or exchange of the product.
Non-conformity of the products: Products that are faulty, damaged or do not conform to the order will be accepted for return, and reimbursed or exchanged, or will be the subject of a credit note. The return request must be made within 14 working days after delivery.
Before any return, the customer must draw up a detailed statement and send it to Misha Mar. Once agreed by Misha Mar, the customer must return the products to the address indicated to him/her.
Reimbursement
Procedure in the event of a reimbursement or an order cancellation request. Misha Mar shall make every effort to reimburse the customer within a time limit of 30 days from receipt of the request. Reimbursements will be made exclusively by bank transfer, after deduction of the related bank charges.

INTELECTUAL PROPERTY
All the images, text, works and illustrations contained on the packaging or reproduced on the website are reserved under author’s rights, under intellectual property and copyright and this applies to everyone.

RESPOSIBILITY 
The products offered conform to current Bulgarian legislation. Misha Mar may not be held responsible in the event of non-compliance with the legislation of the country where the products are delivered. Misha mar may not be held responsible for non-performance of the contract entered into in the event of stock out or unavailability of the product, force majeure, disturbance or all-out or partial strike — particularly of the postal services — flood or fire.

APPLICABLE LAW
In the event of a dispute, only Bulgarian courts will be competent.

PRIVACY
Misha Mar undertakes not to disclose to third parties any information communicated by the customer. Misha Mar only collects information strictly necessary for the proper processing of orders or for the purposes of informing the customer of any benefits and new products from which it would like its customers to benefit.
The information requested of the customer is necessary for the processing of his/her order and is used by Misha Mar. Pursuant to Bulgarian legislation — the customer has a right to access information concerning him/her. Upon request, this information may be forwarded to the customer and, in the event of error or necessary amendments, rectified.
